| Entrance Materials | |
| To enter preschool, students must be three or four years old by September 1. To enter
kindergarten, students must be five years old by September 1. Before your child begins school in
the fall, the following need to be on file in the school office. 1. A copy of your child’s birth certificate (we can make a copy for you). 2. The child’s Social Security Number 3. A child’s physical for preschool and kindergarten 4. A dental record for kindergarten only |

| Before and after school extended care is available in the room next to the girls' restroom in the basement for students. Before school care is available for both three and four year olds, and after school care is for four year olds only. Hours and rates are the latchkey page. | |
| Hot Lunch Program | |
| Students in the four-year-old all day programs and in kindergarten are offered a hot lunch through the Pekin public schools. The cost is $1 .75/day. A menu is sent home each month with the choices for each day. Milk cards are sold for $3.00. These are good for 10 cartons of milk. Parents may choose to pack a lunch for their child each day or on certain days when the menu is not something the child would like. | |
| Transportation | |
| Kindergarten students living within District #108 are transported to Good Shepherd on public school buses. There is no transportation for kindergarten students living outside District #108. There is no transportation for preschool students within or outside the district. Once enrollment has been set, we will give you a list of students and parents in an effort to assist you in possible car-pooling. | |
