Third Grade Newsletter

After a busy beginning, our school year is off to a GREAT start! The students have been busy learning the new procedures. They have been troopers! Thankfully the weather has cooperated and we haven’t been uncomfortable!

YIPEE! Everyone for the last 2 days has had homework signed off and home folders have come back to school empty! A big pat on the back to third graders!

The desks are due to be here Tuesday at 9:00 am. Look for a note coming with volunteer information. Thanks in advance!

Reminder: It is okay for students to have water bottles. Please make sure they have a pop-top to avoid spills within the classroom. Water only in them, please!

Please also remember to bring a lasagna aluminum pan for your child for science class. Thank-you!

If you have not turned in all of your forms (emergency card, information sheet, packet) please do so by next week!

Scholastic orders should be in by Friday, September 5 th.

Third graders ARE allowed to get seconds on their hot lunches. It costs an extra $1.10. Please send me a note if you do not want your child to have seconds. Otherwise, I will assume it is okay! Thank-you!

There will not be spelling next week.
